We all have days, weeks or months when things are not going the way we want them too, or we find ourselves in the middle of a situation where we don't want to be. How do we handle it? How should we handle it?
In Genesis 37 and 39 we read about a young man named Joseph who was first sold by his brothers as a slave, and then later thrown in jail for something he never did. After he was thrown in jail, the bible says in Genesis 39:23 "The Lord was with him and caused everything he did to succeed."
What do we do when we are thrown into a situation that seems hopeless? Most of the time I am sure we just panic, we think of everything that could possibly go wrong in the place where we are at. What if we looked at it in a different way? What if we looked for God in the middle of our situation? The bible tells us in Joshua 1:5 " No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."
Wherever you are, whatever you are going through, look for what God is doing for you in the situation, or what He might want to do. He is right there and will guide your every step if you put your faith and trust in Him.

Hebrews 10:24-25
"Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near."

1 Chronicles 28:9
"And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing ming. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.
